Dr. Robert Gregory, MD, talked with news reporters about the importance of verbalizing concerns about the Boston Marathon massacre, and the lockdown and manhunt.
“Our limited experience and limited research in that area indicates it’s not as helpful to communicate through social media as it is person-to-person,” Gregory told YNN and WRVO radio. “There is still something about real relationships that seems to be helpful for getting through trauma.”
Gregory chairs the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Upstate.
